Graduated in mechanical engineering and actuated for 25 years as engineering manager in a multinational vehicle company and was part of the team that developed and launched many local projects as: straight hydrated alcohol fueled vehicles; emission compliance with add-on devices, including catalysts; 1,0l turbo engine; and flex engines (any mixture of alcohol and gasoline).

His team was awarded by the Brazilian Engineering Institute with the prize 'Best Technical Engineering Work of the Year' with the work 'Utilization of vegetable oil as fuel in direct and indirect injected diesel engines'.

A. Falcon has contributed to several articles, including "Results of engine and vehicle tests with methyl esters of plant oils as alternative diesel fuels" presented at V international Symposium on Alcohol Fuel Technology, Aukland, New Zealand; "Vegetable Oil Fuels", Proceedings of the International Conference on Plant and Vegetable Oils as Fuels, American Society of Agricultural Engineers, St. Joseph, MI; "Methyl esters of plant oils as diesels fuels, either straight or in blends", St. Joseph, MI: American Society of Agricultural Engineers. Graduated in law, Lawyer and Counsel, LL.M. in corporate law by Insper; expertise in the following areas: corporate law, civil law, civil procedural law, business law and public law.

Graduated in Mechatronics Engineering at Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and Executive Business Education at Wharton Business School. 20 years of experience with Process Engineering, Product Development Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Manufacturing of automotive parts.

International experience through several international trips to support and defend the local business strategy including Budget Planning and Profit & Loss results.

Development the product portfolio to support the OEMs at the combustion engines: Engine Management Systems (EMS) including Engine Control Unit (ECU), Fuel Rail Assembly (FRA), Fuel Injectors, Calibration Engineering Services, Electronic Throttle Control (ETC), Plastic Intake Manifold, Fuel Pump, Knock Sensor, Camshaft Sensor and Crankshaft Sensor.

Build up a technical center in Brazil: Chassis and Engine Dyno + Emissions (Otto and Diesel). Total Investment: R$35 Mio and Start of Operation beginning 2013.

Development of innovative technologies as electronic cold start system. Localization programs: aluminum die-casting, electronic connectors, fine stamping, stainless-steel machined parts and plastic components.

Angelo has his graduation in China and Brazil, working directly with Chinese companies for more than 10 years; especially in automobiles spare parts, electronics material, raw material for civil construction and fabrics.

Has a long experience in interpretation of Brazilian and Chinese technical materials.

Received Engineering Bachelors Degree, attended Kettering University - MI /USA and MBA in Business Administration in FGV-SP.

F.Corbani has more than 34 years of solid experience in the automobile industry, strongly driven by: Goals, Results and Team Work.

Experience was built and developed in GM Corporation and FIAT-GM JV, thru several areas such as: Strategic Planning Product and Process; Manufacturing Operations — Vehicles and Powertrain; Manufacturing Engineering; Production Control and Materials; Supply Chain and Logistics.

João Alvarez is graduated in Production and Mechanical Engineering, actuating 41 years in a multinational Vehicle Company as a head of the Product Planning and Powertrain Development. Directed and coordinated the work of 250 Engineers and Technicians, worked 2 years, in the Company Headquarter in Germany.

He had launched many local and international PT programs as: Brazilian Emission Program Compliance, European Emission Program Compliance, engine exportation to South Africa, Mexico, Spain, and Germany.

Author of papers in several worldwide Symposiums e.g. Germany, Austria, USA, China, South Africa.

Simão Lee has high experience with Korean and Japanese Companies with purchasing projects in electronics, technical and engineering.
