Innovation

The development of new products and services is a risky investment of the financial point of view. Focusing the growing of the industrial and service share in the Brazilian GDP, government implemented some special laws: a tax incentive policy, and a special funding for financing and subsidizing R&D activities - BNDES, FINEP, CNPq, FAPESP, FAPEMIG, Desenvolve SP, BDMG, BRDE, Banrisul, among others.

Outsourcing

Outsourcing is the contracting out of a business process to a third-party. The Brazilian labor legislation admits to outsource all non-core business activities.

This means the possibility to outsource services, such as: maintenance of the industrial equipment, supply chain, quality inspection services, industrial cleaning and gardening.

The drivers to outsource the referred activities are: the interest of the management to concentrate all efforts on the company core business activities and/or for cost reduction, mainly because the outsourced labor are registered in the service related activities Union, being the direct labors registered in the union related to the company business. Most of the cases, the salary levels present a significant difference, being relatively lower for the outsourced labor.

Labor occupational health and safety

A Mobitec team formed by our technical consultant, a specialist in occupational health physicians, a safety engineers and a lawyer will develop a customized risk assessment report for every workplace of the company pointing out the non-conformities with the Brazilian labor legislation as well as the recommendation to adjust the company practices to the legal precepts and proceedings, avoiding to incur in fine payments. A due diligence is carried out auditing both the manufacturing area, analyzing every workplace of the production line, and the human resource area, checking all labor-related documents.
